Annual Report on China Graduate Education (2016) (hereinafter abbreviated as the Annual Report) reviewed and commented on the latest developments concerning graduates’ educational policies and practices in China in 2016. The Annual Report has highlighted several topics, such as the status quo of scientific research support for science and engineering doctoral students, postgraduate course connection in different learning stages, the status quo and effects of graduate public English courses, the influence exerted by “[KG*2]Three Assistant” on graduate students’ study and the problems and strategies of the mutualgranting of master’s degree in the international cooperation of graduate education and made a thorough analysis through questionnaire.
