药用菌可以为人类健康带来福祉，为了提升药用菌的深度应用及展望今后的前景，2013年在北京举办国际工程科技发展战略高端论坛药用蕈菌，与会嘉宾分别来自德国、澳大利亚、乌克兰、荷兰、巴西、斯洛文尼亚、印度、坦桑尼亚和中国，这些顶尖专家们围绕着 “药用菌·健康·未来”的主题分别进行主题演讲和学术讨论。全书涵盖了药用蕈菌资源的保护与利用、菌物化学、菌物药及药用菌的应用等领域的学术论文及各位专家的报告内容。
