本书是云南省普通高等学校“十二五”规划教材项目成果。
本书是关于国际结算的中英文对应的双语教材。全书除第一章外分为三篇，共10章，分别对国际结算的票据、国际结算的方式和国际结算的单证及其审核做了详细介绍，并在每章后附有专业词汇和中英文练习题，练习题与国际金融和贸易的有关从业资格考试同步，有利于学生复习备考。本书包括大量实践案例与结算单据实样，突出实用性和可操作性，有利于读者在短时间内掌握国际结算的主要业务，熟悉业务操作中的基本步骤和方法。
本书适用于高等院校国际经济与贸易、国际金融、会计等专业的本科生使用，也可作为外贸工作者和银行从业人员的培训教材。
